Britteny Gamiz

My name is Britteny Gamiz, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Student at Purdue Global University. During my time at Hope and Healing, I will focus on the therapy aspect of my clinical training. I hold undergraduate degrees in nursing, which emphasize providing compassionate and holistic care to patients. 

I began my nursing career as a telemetry nurse but discovered my true passion when I transitioned to a position in behavioral health. For the past eight years, I have worked in this field, expanding my knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and hope to develop strong, evidence-based therapeutic approaches during my internship to improve the care I provide to my current and future patients.
