All 1:1 personal training sessions are curated to meet the individual needs of the client, and facilitate healing.

Will my program be customized to my goals and abilities?
Yes, absolutely! Start with a static (not moving) and dynamic (moving) assessment of your movement patterns and build programming with that and your overall goals in mind. Amanda's programming is uniquely created for each individual client based on their goals, assessments, and abilities.
Amanda tailors them to how you are feeling THAT specific training day to ensure you get what your body needs to keep moving toward your goal, even on an 'off' day.
Can you help with strength, mobility, and movement quality?
Yes! All of the above.
What if I’ve never lifted weights before?
This is NO problem! We begin with core strength, stability and endurance, then build up and add on as we go. One step at a time.
What should I bring or wear to a session?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in, and bring a water bottle.
If you'd like, you can bring a towel or personal mat, however, this is not required.
Is personal training judgment-free and supportive?

Is your coaching style encouraging or high-intensity?
While I'm not a drill sergeant... I'll still push you when I see you can do it. I also let you or ask you to back off or down when I see or feel you need to do that. I don't yell… but I DO dance and (try to) sing and celebrate ;)

How Long Are Individual Sessions?
Each 1:1 Personal Training Session is 60 minutes long.
