Jennifer Willoughby, Ph.D.

Dr. Jennifer Willoughby is a licensed psychologist who works with individuals of all ages across  a wide range of concerns. She is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients,  including those with Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD, helping them better understand  their strengths while navigating challenges in daily life.  

Dr. Willoughby provides a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic environment where  clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She tailors her approach to each individual,  integrating evidence-based practices with a deep appreciation for each person’s unique  experiences and perspectives.  

Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, Dr. Willoughby focuses on building  insight, strengthening coping skills, and fostering meaningful, lasting growth. She is committed  to creating a space where clients can feel supported, understood, and confident in their path  forward.
