Heather Wolfe, LCMFT, is a licensed clinical marital and family therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. She specializes in working with couples, adults, and adolescents ages 15 and older, providing a supportive and collaborative space for clients to explore challenges and create meaningful change.

Her areas of special interest include family-related concerns, parenting, the adult legacy of difficult childhoods, anxiety, depression, spirituality and religion, and a particular specialization in grief and loss. She understands that grief can take many forms and works compassionately with clients as they navigate complex emotions, life transitions, and relationship shifts.

Heather utilizes various frameworks when working with clients including attachment, relational and spiritual/transformational. In her work, she uses a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). She integrates these approaches to help clients gain insight into transgenerational trauma and thinking and behavior patterns, and to improve communication and take meaningful steps toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being.
