I am so glad you are here.

As your therapist, you can expect a compassionate, judgment-free, safe space to begin your healing journey. I will meet you where you are, at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Everyone’s life journey is unique, with unique struggles. I am here to help you walk through those challenges to find a place of personal resilience, growth, and healing.

I believe in a solution-focused mindset grounded in compassion and understanding, based on evidence-based approaches, and empathetic listening.

I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. I have experience with ages 5 to 89, including diverse backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and identities.

My focus is on creating a safe, empathetic, and confidential space for my clients, helping you feel supported, heard, respected, and valued as you navigate your personal challenges.

I’m looking forward to continuing to grow my skills in trauma-focused, child, individual, and couples therapy, with a lifelong commitment to being culturally responsive, relevant, and inclusive in my practice.

When not working, you will find me reading a book or enjoying the outdoors, whether camping, hiking, walking, or simply being outside on my porch swing (usually reading), surrounded by nature.
